- Getting Started – Your Claritysoft service agent will discuss your CRM and business requirements and guide you through preparing for the setup process.
- Setup – You will work directly with your Claritysoft service agent to setup and customize your CRM system. We’re always by your side to make sure setup goes smoothly.
- Import your data – Importing your data correctly is a critical part of a successful CRM implementation. We will hold your hand throughout this step.
- End User Training – Claritysoft will provide training for your team so they can hit the ground running.
The Quick Start program can be completed in as little as 1 – 2 days. The length of implementation time depends on your team’s availability and whether your data requires maintenance before importing into another system. Depending on the readiness of your data, it is actually possible to have Claritysoft up and running in a matter of hours. But typically, most organizations take 2 – 6 weeks to fully implement Claritysoft.
Claritysoft offers 3 CRM versions, Professional, Accelerator and CRM Suite. These are priced at $39, $49 and $69 per user per month (billed annually), respectively. Depending on the version you choose, additional features are available ala carte, as needed. Additionally, there is a one time fee for Quick Start implementation. Claritysoft offers both iPhone and Android mobile apps, at no cost. These can be downloaded from iPhone and Google app stores. You can also access Claritysoft CRM on any device via a web browser.
