How does the implementation process work?
95% of Clarity CRM customers use the Quick Start program and need nothing more. Here’s what you can expect during implementation:
  • Getting Started – Your Clarity CRM implementation specialist will discuss your CRM and business requirements and guide you through preparing for the setup process.
  • Setup – You will work directly with your Clarity CRM implementation specialist to setup and customize your CRM system. We’re always by your side to make sure setup goes smoothly.
  • Import your data – Importing your data correctly is a critical part of a successful CRM implementation. We will hold your hand throughout this step.
  • End User Training – Clarity CRM will provide training for your team so they can hit the ground running.
How long does it take to implement CRM?
The Quick Start program can be completed in as little as 1 – 2 days. The length of implementation time depends on your team’s availability and whether your data requires maintenance before importing into another system. Depending on the readiness of your data, it is actually possible to have Clarity CRM up and running in a matter of hours. But typically, most organizations take 2 – 6 weeks to fully implement Clarity CRM.
How much does Clarity CRM cost?
Clarity CRM offers three fully customizable CRM Editions: Professional, Accelerator, and Enterprise. These are priced at $49, $59, and $69 per user per month billed annually. Additionally, there is a one-time fee for Quick Start implementation. For more information, please contact our sales team.
Does Clarity CRM have an app?
Clarity CRM offers both iPhone and Android apps. The Clarity CRM app can be easily downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. In addition, Clarity CRM can be accessed from any device via a web browser.
Can I access Clarity CRM offline?
Yes! Clarity CRM’s desktop application allows you to access CRM even when you don’t have an Internet connection.
Does Clarity CRM integrate with QuickBooks, Sage, or other Accounting systems?

Does Clarity CRM integrate with Office 365?
Yes, Clarity CRM integrates with Outlook 365 and other installed versions including Outlook 2003 and later.
What if I have users that don’t access CRM very often? Can I add read-only users?
