Clarity CRM came to market to solve the complexity issue in the CRM space. We offer a very powerful, easy to use solution without sacrificing the functionality that most of our customers need. There are a lot of solutions out there that have all kinds of extra functionality – but these often complicate things for the end user – and most of our customers don’t need and wouldn’t use a lot of those extra “bells and whistles” – and they have to pay for them. As a company, our philosophy is that we should be outstanding at what we sell: Customer Relationship Management. We hear from customers every day who are frustrated with their prior CRM – not just with the complexity of their solution – but with the lack of relationship customers have with other vendors. They aren’t happy with their customer support and they don’t feel “the love” after the sale. That’s what sets us apart. We tell our customer service people to “dive for the phone” and we have customer advocates who reach out to you throughout the year to ensure that you’re getting the most from your CRM solution.
