Sub-Processor

A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by Claritysoft CRM LLC, who has or potentially will have access to or process Service Data (which may contain Personal Data). Further information can be found in the Data Processing Agreement.

Sub-Processors

Claritysoft LLC uses the following sub-processors to provide infrastructure and services to assist it in providing the Service.

Google LLC	Cloud-based services supporting Claritysoft’s operations, including Google Gemini AI for content generation, summarization, analysis, and other AI-powered CRM features. Gemini AI processing is optional and can be disabled by customer administrators. Customer data processed through Claritysoft’s paid Gemini API is not used to train or improve Google’s AI models.
