Claritysoft Celebrates 5th Anniversary

  • Claritysoft celebrates its fifth anniversary as a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to small and medium-sized businesses
  • Simplicity and ease of use continue to drive success as the guiding principles of Claritysoft product design
  • Claritysoft CRM will continue to evolve as customers change how they want to interact with suppliers

DUBLIN, Ohio – March 27, 2015: Claritysoft recently celebrated its fifth anniversary as a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management software, owing its success to creating simple CRM solutions designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses.

“Like most inventions, Claritysoft was developed because the current tools available were frustrating, complex and expensive and ultimately failed in achieving the intended result…more sales,” Steve Schade, Founder and Lead Product Designer, remarked in an all-company meeting held to celebrate the milestone. “There had to be a better way. Five years ago, the team set out to find it.”

Since inception, Claritysoft has focused on teams who use Customer Relationship Management tools on a daily basis. A major risk factor for CRM projects is lack of end-user adoption; Claritysoft solves this issue by making it easy to perform common tasks such as account and contact management. Ease of administration is another important part of the solution. Management has the ability to quickly delegate tasks, access reporting dashboards, manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales.

Where users work is just as important as how they work, pointed out Allison Felice, a tenured sales leader with Claritysoft. Sales professionals need to move seamlessly across desktops, cell phones and tablets.

“Offering a mobile solution has helped our customers tremendously,” Felice said. “We’ve also made it possible for sales and service professionals to access customer information, even when they don’t have Internet access – a key feature that differentiates our CRM from other options.”

Steve Schade wrapped up the meeting by previewing Claritysoft’s product strategy for the future. “The CRM industry has changed drastically over the last five years and we expect that rate of change to accelerate,” Schade said. “Now more than ever, customers are gathering information from online sources before talking to sales reps. They are reaching out to social networks for referrals and advice. Claritysoft will evolve with customers to help SMBs deliver what their customers want, when they want it, where they want it. I’m extremely excited about the next five years.”
